By placing an order through GiggleCardz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. GiggleCardz is a UK-based small business specialising in personalised cards, gifts, stationery and other printed products. Please check all personalisation details carefully. Prices are displayed in GBP (£), delivery charges are shown at checkout, and processing times are separate from delivery time. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery provider. Estimated delivery times are a guide. Personalised and made-to-order products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns; eligible non-personalised online purchases may have a 14-day cancellation right. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Intellectual Property
All original GiggleCardz designs, photographs, product descriptions and other content remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. They must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.
3. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and measurements are accurate. Please read each listing carefully. Where products are sold as wrappers, labels or packaging only, sweets, chocolates, money and other display props are not included unless explicitly stated.
